MACS® Cytokine Secretion Assays は、生きたサイトカイン分泌細胞の非常に高感度な検出および濃縮のために開発されました。
このユニークな技術によって以下のことが可能になります。
  • 単一細胞レベルでのサイトカインの検出
  • サイトカイン産生細胞のサブセットや活性化状態について、より詳細な情報を得るための表現型解析
  • 共発現している2種類のサイトカインの検出や、ペプチド-MHC テトラマーを同時に染色することによる機能解析
  • 100万個の細胞の中から1個の抗原特異的T細胞を検出するために、サイトカイン分泌細胞を磁気濃縮して感度を増強する。または、生きているサイトカイン分泌細胞を磁気濃縮して、実験に用いる。(MACS® Secretion Assays - Enrichment and Detection Kits)

ヒトT 細胞のポリクローナルな活性化には、CytoStim や T Cell Activation/Expansion Kit をお勧めします。抗原特異的な活性化にはCMV pp65 - Recombinant Protein、またCD4+ およびCD8+ T細胞特異的な刺激にはPepTivator® Peptide Pools を用いることができます。
