| MACS® 細胞内サイトカインの染色 |
 |
|
サイトカインの細胞内蛍光染色は、免疫反応のモニタリングに広く使用されている技術です。分泌阻害剤の存在下で細胞を刺激した後に、細胞内染色のために、細胞の固定と膜透過処理を行います。
弊社の蛍光色素標識の抗サイトカイン抗体を用いて、懸濁液中の細胞の細胞内染色も、MACS® Technology で分離した細胞をカラムに保持したまま行う solid-phase intracellular staining （固相細胞内染色）も可能です。この染色法は細胞のロスを最小にしますので、サンプル中の細胞数が少ない時に非常に有用です。 |
