autoMACS® Rinsing Solution
Overview autoMACS® Rinsing Solution は、autoMACS Separator の Rinse 及び Clean プログラムで使用するために開発されました。 Details Background information autoMACS™ Rinsing Solution は、autoMACS Separator の流路システムを洗浄するために使用します。1本(1.45L)で１５回の洗浄が可能です。また autoMACS Rinsing Solution に MACS® BSA Stock Solution を添加することにより、防腐剤フリーの至適な MACS Separation Buffer を調製することが出来ます。これは、autoMACS Pro Separator や autoMACS Separator、そして全ての manual MACS Cell Separation Systemsに使用できます。 Disclaimer この製品は研究用試薬です。		Figure 1 autoMACS® Rinsing Solution.
