Overview Anti-iNKT 抗体(クローン: 6B11）は、ヒトもしくは霊長類の invariant ナチュラルキラーT細胞 (iNKT細胞) 上の、T細胞レセプター (TCR) Vα24-Jα18を認識し、フローサイトメトリーや蛍光顕微鏡法による、ヒト iNKT細胞の同定および算出に適しています。 iNKT細胞の特異的活性化増殖には、Anti-iNKT pure ファンクショナルグレードをご使用下さい。 Details Background information NKT細胞は、T細胞およびNK細胞の表面マーカーを共発現している、特異なリンパ球集団です。iNKT細胞と称されるヒトNKT細胞のサブセットは、可変性のないTCR α鎖と特定のTCR β鎖 (Vα24-Jα18とVβ11) を発現しています。iNKT細胞は、免疫寛容、生体防御、腫瘍サーベイランスなどの免疫調節プロセスに関与しています1,2。 Cross-reactivity この抗体は、以下の動物種との交差性がテスト済みです。 アカゲザル (macaca mulatta) カニクイザル (macaca fascicularis) Clone Isotype 6B11 mouse IgG1		Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were stained with Anti-iNKT antibodies conjugated to APC (A) or PE (B), as well as with CD3-PE or CD3-APC and CD45-FITC, and gated on viable CD45+ leucocytes. Cells labeled with Anti-iNKT-Biotin (C) were stained with Anti- Biotin-PE, CD3-APC, and CD45-FITC. Cells were analyzed using the MACSQuant® Analyzer.
