CD24抗体 (ヒト)

CD24+ cells from the CML cell line K562 were stained with CD24-PE (D) and analyzed by flow cytometry using the MACSQuant® Analyzer. As seen in the histogram the expression levels vary from CD24low to CD24high. Cell debris and dead cells were excluded from the analysis based on scatter signals and propidium iodide fluorescence.
