Description IL-5 (interleukin 5)は、主にCD4+ T細胞から分泌されます。このサイトカインは、好酸球の増殖や活性化を促進し、さらに幅広いアレルギー反応や、寄生虫に対する免疫応答にも関与しています。またIL-5は、B細胞のような他の細胞にも作用します。 Applications この抗体は、フローサイトメトリー解析において、固定、膜透過した細胞の細胞内 IL-5 を染色するために開発されました。 細胞は、懸濁状態で、またはMACS®分離と組み合わせた in-column intracellular staining technology （カラム内細胞内染色技術）により染色できます。 IL-5活性の中和にも使用できるファンクショナルグレードの抗体もございます。 Clone Isotype TRFK-5 rat IgG1		Mouse spleen cells were incubated with or without PMA/ionomycin for 6 hours. After 2 hours, brefeldin A was added. The cells were harvested, fixed, permeabilized, and intracellularly stained with Anti-IL-5-PE, CD4-FITC, and CD154-APC. Cells were analyzed by flow cytometry using the MACSQuant® Analyzer. Gating was performed according to the CD4 expression and side scatter properties of the cells.
