Description Interleukin-4 (IL-4)は主に、活性化CD4+メモリーやエフェクターTH2細胞、好塩基球、マスト細胞から分泌されています。IL-4は細胞外の病原体を中和するための液性免疫反応を引き起こしたり、また維持したりします。免疫応答機構のうち、TH2型はIgEを介したアレルギー疾患などの免疫疾患に関係します。 Applications この 抗体は、フローサイトメトリー解析において、固定、膜透過した細胞の細胞内IL-4 を染色するために開発されました。 細胞は、懸濁状態で、またはMACS® 分離と組み合わせた in-column intracellular staining technology （カラム内細胞内染色技術）により染色できます。 IL-4活性の中和に使用できるファンクショナルグレードの抗体もございます。 Clone Isotype BVD4-1D11 rat IgG2b		Naive mouse T cells were isolated using the CD4+CD62L+ T Cell Isolation Kit II and stimulated with CD3 and CD28 pure – functional grade antibodies in the presence of recombinant mouse IL-2 and IL-4 and Anti-IFN-γ antibody pure – functional grade for four days. Afterwards, cells were incubated with or without PMA/ionomycin for 6 hours. After 2 hours brefeldin A was added. The cells were harvested, fixed, permeabilized, and intracellularly stained with Anti-IL-4-PE, CD4-FITC and CD154- APC. Cells were analyzed by flow cytometry using the MACSQuant® Analyzer.
