Treg Expansion Kit (マウス)
Description Treg Expansion Kit は、制御性T細胞（Treg）を効率的に増幅するために開発されました。CD4+CD25+ Regulatory T Cell アイソレーションキット (マウス) で分離した後、このキットで増幅したTregでは、FoxP3の発現が維持されています。Treg Expansion KitはCD3抗体とCD28抗体をプレロードしたMACSiBead™ Particlesで構成されています。プレロードしたMACSiBead ParticlesとTregを、ビーズ：細胞＝3:1の割合で、2,000 U/mLの組換え型インターロイキン2 (rIL-2) 存在下に培養することで、Tregの最適な増幅が行えます。 Applications CD4+CD25+ Regulatory T Cellアイソレーションキット (マウス) で分離したマウス制御性T細胞の増幅に最適です 増幅した制御性T細胞は、細胞移入やサイトカイン解析、遺伝子発現解析、サプレッションアッセイなど、様々な実験に使用できます		Figure 1 Mouse Treg cells were isolated using the CD4+CD25+ Regulatory T Cell Isolation Kit and expanded for 13 days with the Treg Expansion Kit.
